Limited on-site ($10 CASH) parking (including limited handicap parking) will be available. Additional free parking at Lansing Catholic or Eastern high school (south lot) off Marshall Street. FOLLOW PARKING SIGNS.  A 16 passenger black Mercedes courtesy shuttle will be provided from the north end of the Lansing Catholic parking provided by our valued sponsor, Dean Trailways beginning at 1:30pm and will run throughout the day until the closing of the Fete. FOLLOW SIGNS TO FREE PARKING AND LOOK FOR THE DEAN SHUTTLE PICK UP & DROP OFF SIGN. The fete is a handicap accessible event. AC Lounge – Sip and chill at the AC Lounge (inside our host hotel) for our inaugural Friday Night Smooth Jazz Happy Hour featuring flutist, Brandon Marceal. This free live music experience is a great way for our local residents and out of town guests to step into the fete weekend festivities. The AC Lounge in the hotel lobby emphasizes the AC signature GinTonic, Spanish wines, local micro-brews, and crafted cocktails created with locally distilled liquors. Cask & Co. Kitchen & Bar / Front 43 Neighborhood Pub – Join us for more LIVE MUSIC featuring The Corzo Effect band playing your favorite old school R&B, classic throwbacks and current hits. A tented area in the back parking lot will welcome community friends and fete goers in celebration of the day and also double as an anniversary party for our venue host. Toscana Restaurant  – Join us as we wind down the fete weekend with our inaugural Sunday Smooth Jazz Brunch featuring saxophonist, Andrew Nichols at Toscana restaurant located on the campus of our hotel property. No outside beverages, alcohol, food, coolers, weapons, fireworks, glass containers, grills, tarps or pets (except service animals) will be allowed on fete grounds.
Carry-in items such as back packs, bags, purses, chairs etc. are subject to security search.

Valid I.D. is required to purchase and consume beer, wine and seltzers. CASH ONLY FOR BEER, WINE and SELTZER TICKET SALES! ATM service will be available on-site for your convenience.

You will receive a wristband at entry that will allow you to enter and exit the fete. Wristbands are non-transferable. Removed wristbands are void. Situational occurrences i.e. lost or stolen are management discretion.

  • Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit– if requested, to a full search including having all of your items examined by security. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. Narcotics laws will be strictly enforced. Be responsible and courteous.
